Analysis of causations between irrational, irregular diet and chronic diseases of the alimentary system
Topicality of our research consists in the fact that reasons of disorder of our «alimentary calm» are hidden in the lack of rational diet. It is full nutrition that has a great influence on human development and organism's health.
Based on this conclusion, we decided to discover and to study some features of the student's diet and to find the connection between malnutrition and the increase of chronic diseases of the alimentary system.
The object of our research: students' irrational diet.
The subject of the research: cause-and-effect relation between the students' diet and the increase of chronic diseases of the alimentary system.
Aim: to carry out analysis of the students' diets, evaluation of their health condition, finding the connection between impairment of the diet and chronic diseases of the alimentary tract.
Problems: to receive the information about the way of students' nutrition with the help of survey, to assess the nutrition status, to determine the level of students' morbidity, to analyze and compare the received analysis.
Methods: analysis of theoretical sources, analysis of findings.
Our research has the next structure: in the first part we analyze the definition of the nutrition process, the necessity of the full value diet of students, in the second one - analysis of the students' diet in PetrSU directly and relationships between diet violation and chronic diseases of the alimentary system.
Our research involved the students of 1-6 courses (n = 210), the incidence of digestive system diseases and the information about height and weight of students participating in the research being also evaluated. Research of habits in diet was conducted based on the analysis of personal information.
Everyone was asked to answer a series of questions (age, height, weight, presence or absence of chronic diseases, the number of meals per day, what dishes are consumed for breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as the consumption of milk and dairy products).
Having analyzed the personal information about breakfast, lunch and dinner we saw that more than half of the total number of students had not full breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We also focused our attention on snacks. The findings speak for themselves: half of students have a snack.
For the further research, we estimated nutritional status of our students, 38% of the students have a lack of weight gain, overweight is observed in 14% of students, the normal value is in 48%.
Having analyzed the information about digestive system diseases we found out the tendency to the growth of these diseases with age.
Analysis of findings revealed that irrational diet is one of the most important reasons of acid dependent disease increase. Irregular diet causes some changes in the level of health, the development of digestive system pathologies. We can suppose that these dietary habits won't guarantee the teamwork of the digestive system, and it will become the reason of the metabolism deterioration.
